Seems like Lapua needs someone on the inside to really know what people want. Seems like bringing 6 dasher out now is about 7-8 years too late. I know dozens of guys that are scoring almost exactly the same now at 600 yards firing 7FCP or 7-6.5PRCW.

Well hopefully they are learning. To be fair CV19 and Ukraine have caused a few issues. Nice to have some good options.

I may give the Dasher a try.

I gave it a try a few years back when Grizzly came along with 6 Norma Dasher.
Two rifles and 3 1/4 Barrels later. On a nice flies to 1000 with grace.

I may be late to the party, but I saw yesterday that Lapua is going to start producing 6mm Dasher brass to be available in the fall of 25.

They will certainly be trying it out. it takes out the variability of fire formed brass.

This is good news for me. I have a Dasher reamer here spec'd for Lapua brass. I just hope the new brass matches up or close to the reamer.
If it does, then I can use the brass I have for another project.

The cartridges that have been on the POSTPONED PRODUCTION LIST are coming back online in 2025 6.5x47,22-250, 223 rem, 220 Russian, 6BR are back in production now.
