Lapua 6BR brass

Hi All. Apologies for maybe resurrecting a previous post but I have just bought some Lapua 6BR Norma brass and noticed that at least 50% has a crescent of excess material on the inside of the flash hole.
I know that Sinclair do a 0.062 flash hole reamer, but can anyone confirm if it makes any difference if you do not remove the excess brass or should you? If you do, then by enlarging the hole (only by a small amount admittedly) will this cause problems? Any information/knowledge appreciated.
Good shooting.

I purchased a pin vise like recommended in the following article. It worked good for me.
