Lapua .308 brass weight is in RE: NORMA .308 Brass Junk?

Just got 2 boxes of Lapua .308 brass in today. Two weeks back I posted the weights of a box of Norma .308 brass. Here are the weights on the Lapua.

BOX 1 BOX 2
172.9=1 0
173.0=0 0
.1=2 0
.2=3 0
.3=4 2
.4=8 5
.5=5 9
.6=15 8
.7=17 10
.8=16 17
.9=11 11
174.0=13 17
.1=2 9
.2=1 8
.3=2 3
.4=0 1

I would say that Lapua like many of you know is the way to go

I recently went through 100 pieces each of Norma 6PPc and Lapua 220 Russian brass. Both had a weight spread of 1 grain for the lot. The thing that suprised me was that the Norma brass all pieces had the same neck thickness, neck diameter, and base diameter. I measured ten peices without 1 varying within the tolerance of my caliper and micrometer,.ooo1 for neck thickness and .0005 for neck and base diameter). The Lapua brass varied about .0008 on the neck thickness and .002 on neck diameter. I have not shot any of this brass yet but the numbers for the Norma sure look good!
