Lapua .308 brass neck thickness?

Wanting to build a .308 based around Lapua brass and 155-168 bullets. What is the neck thickness of the lapua cases and a loaded round neck diameter?

Frank

My Lapua brass runs between .0145 and .015 on the neck wall. Loaded with a 168gr. Berger Hybrid, the outside neck diameter is .338. I use a .336 neck bushing in a Redding S type sizing die to give me .002 neck tension.

Ok, .338 loaded neck diameter is what I was told from another forum member which equates to a .015 neck thickness. Will go ahead and order 200 pieces of brass and seat some rounds to be 100% sure.

Thanks!

Sounds about right. I'm using a .337 bushing and getting about another .002 when I seat my Matchkings.

My chamber runs .340 and loaded no-turn Lapua cases come in at .338. Presently using a .336 die bushing and Sinclair expander mandrel.
