Land height, how much is necessary?

So I got a couple barrels to set back
The one I am working on now is pretty worn so I am repurposing it as just a fireforming barrel
when I dialed it in has approx .0015" land height
I know new barrels have approx 3-4 though land height
----------------------------------------------------------------
My question is, does anybody know how much land height is actually necessary to stabilize a bullet?
Since this will be a fireforming barrel for something Im just playing with I really don't care if it shoots well or not
I notice moreso than any fire cracking, my barrels (Kriegers) are worn out when the land height decreases to a certain point
such as wont spin a cleaning rod anymore.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
is .001" enough?
is .002" enough?
-----------------------------------------------------------------
For this question of land height needed to still shoot
Velocities are 3300 fps and above with .224 cal bullets
just curious if anybody has ever experimented or measured this and still have a rifle shoot well

The barrel when new should have been .218/.224 or .219/.224. That should have been a land height of .003 or .0025. If the land height is only .0015 now, I’d have concern over the bore diameter and land diameter also if I was thinking about stability concerns. I like to make my shots count but during fire forming, it makes no difference on the actual load because it’s not going to be the one after expanding the brass if this is for making AI or a wildcat. If this is new brass just to find the chamber, I’d use the real barrel. Seems like this is bang shots.

how were you measuring?if you were using a longer contac point on the indicator it will read 1/2 value

Not using a long stylus point
Measured land height at the muzzle
--------------
When I have measured new barrels in the past with my current indicator setup,
I get .003" to .0035" for land height, which lines up with what was stamped on the barrel.
