laminated walnut

If you don't have the tools to do the milling, you could find a wood shop to do it. 3 pieces of walnut is enough lamination. If the center section is flat and parallel, you will only need one side of the outside pieces flat.
Glue and clamp and then get to work.

That is easy for you to say. Fortunately, most people have never seen my handy work
 
I recommend vacuum bagging over clamping.
Butch not to argue but if the laminates are over a 1/4-3/8" clamps will work fine. Under a 1/4" vacuum or a press is the way to go. Thin layers and clamps will not work as you cannot get it even enough and it will pull one way or the other. You will be able to see it with no trouble. Ask me how I know! Ask me why I built a press!!
