Ladder test new bullet

Barns 140.JPG upload_2016-5-29_20-8-52.png 1st test using this bullet. 140 gr TTSX BT

7mm RM I loaded .5 grains in each subsequent load. The square hash marks are 1 MOA. And shot at 300 yrds.

My question is - I have 2 more test groups with 2 different powders. I'm thinking I probably have what I'm looking for already.

So I may as well pull the bullets on these 2 test groups and work on this powder? What would ya'll do?

You can really tell from shooting one round each with different powder charges?

I run a minimum of 2 identical ladders, on separate targets. This way I correlate the results and not have to question a thing.

I'm not saying I'm a good shot. But with sand bags front and back and a 24X scope I can see how much movement I'm causing. Usually :(
