KUDOS TO SPORTOPTICS

In all these years of competitive shooting, I have never written a testimonial, but this time is special.

I recently bought a new scope and some NF ultralite rings from SportOptics. The package arrived, and one of the four-screw rings only had three. I was trying to have this rifle ready for a match this weekend, and this was not what I needed. So, I called SportOptics for some options to get me going.

SportOptics next-day-air shipped a new set of rings and a return envelope with free return label. I received the new rings less than 24 hours after my call, and all this was done without the delays, second purchase, and prior return hassle usually associated with a situation like this.

Kudos to a company that stepped up because I was in a real bind for time. SportOptics has great prices, knowledgeable techs, and world-class customer service. This quality in a company is getting harder and harder to find.

I just looked at the forecast for that match, and it will be 51 degrees. It doesn't get warmer than that for Anderson Creek in February.
Put on your shorts and flip flops, and come on down.

Good lord. I agree, thats shorts and BBQ weather. My favorite temp to be at the range is low 50s.

At 10 in the morning it will be 32 up there, maybe.
I just punched up Saturday's forecast for Chestnut Grove. Looks
like their claiming 51 degrees for 10:00 am. However, a maybe
wetter forecast is coming into view. Either way, this long haired
Hippie will maybe pull the dust cover off the loading bench.
Friday's forecast will be the determining factor though.
