Kudo's To Douglas Barrels

I had a barrel that needed recontouring and the guys at Douglas Barrels did the work even though it wasn't one of there barrels.The price was right and the barrel looks excellent.Best of all it was done quickly.

good to hear the bbls are bak......hows that for quik...and good....OBTW>..did you see that Tim Gardner shot a 3.1" five shot group at 1000yds(score 49)!!!!!!!!!....at the White Horse range last wk......he is gettin pretty well tuned up for the IBS 1000yd Nats. this w/e.....

I only sent one barrel to Douglas.I will have it tuned up this week for my father.
We have 4 bucks that are feeding in an area about 420 yards from us.I am going to have him shoot the biggest buck as soon as we get the stock opened up just a little bit.I will zero the rifle for 425 yards and see if he can make the shot.
Sounds like Tim has his gun all tuned up.

Tim was shooting his .20 Douglas. Here's a picture I took of the cartridge & another of the score sheet. Look under the 3rd relay.

He told me the case but I can't remember. I left the Nats after the last LG target was fired so I'm not sure what happened afterward. I should know shortly. Here's Tim perparing shoot his .20 at the 4-30-11 White Horse match.
