I have never written a testimonial, but my recent experience with AMP Annealing deserves a mention.
I sent an email to AMP several days ago because of some problems I was having with my machine accepting the correct Aztec pilot code for a 30x47. I had used this same machine quite a lot for 6 Dasher, 6 BR AI, 6 Grinch, and 6BR, and never had a problem. I explained the issue, and hoped that someone would contact me after the Easter holiday.
Within two hours I was contacted by Alex Findlay, the owner of AMP Annealing. You need to realize that it was Good Friday in New Zealand because of the time difference, and AMP was closed until Tuesday! Over the course of three emails, Mr. Findlay figured out the issue, and sent me links for correcting the problem. The best part of all this is that he had the patience to deal with my caveman approach to technology, and the courtesy to not make me feel embarrassed about it.
I have been in this crazy game for a lot of years, and have seen/used many good and bad benchrest products. Anyone that has ever used an AMP knows that it is a great piece of equipment. The whole point of this post is to let others know that AMP customer service is also exceptional. Thank you, Mr. Findlay.
