Kudos for Igor Borisov -- Strelok Pro App

Having been a long-time fan of Strelok Pro, I was confused when I was unable to restore my data to my new phone. I had never had problems before, but it had been awhile since I had the need to do a backup-restore sync between devices. An email to Igor was answered within 12 hours with the solution. Maybe others were aware, but this process has a known problem when using Google Drive. Igor advised using Dropbox (free) and it worked flawlessly.

So many app developers today are happy to sell you their product but are nowhere to be found (or blame you) when there is an issue that developers like Igor deserve our thanks and praise for their support.

Started using Strelok Pro for my Mosin-Nagants , and since the balistics are so very close to a .308 , it's easy to transpose from one to the other . Great app and easy to use too . Highly reccommend it to new .308 shooters for it's simple to use features . Ya don't have to be a keyboard guru with a degree in programming to make it work . Five stars , folks .

I came online to research uploading my Strelok data, having lost same for five rifles when my old phone got totaled. Next time, I want to have backup.

If I could manage to back it up to a disc or thumbdrive instead of the cloud, I WOULD.

I DO NOT like the idea of govmint coming to visit me and they already know EVERYTHING about my top guns, ammo, scope etc.

Not all of us trust our government, PARTICULARLY THESE DAYS.

Got IRS? Or do we now make that Got ARMEDIRS?

I copy and rename the rifles.srl to rifles-YYYY-MM-DD.srl, which I then email to myself. I do it whether my phone get lost, stolen, or trashed; mostly because I screw something up I have a backup in another location.
