does any body know anything about these rifles? I've got one chambered in 22-250 that I inherited from my dad. The action looks like something that could make a nice little varmint rig, like maybe a 20 br. this one has the double set triggers. is it a copy of a mini mauser? sweetish mauser?

Nice little rifles, I had one in 22 hornet w/ a double set trigger and I have a bare action in the safe with a single trigger. Considered higher quality similar to Anschutz in heritage I suppose. They have a dual cam on the back of the bolt that doubles the cocking cam surface and are slick little actions.

I know this is an old thread, my father-in-law has one of these that's missing the extractor. He asked me if I could make one, is there any chance you've still got the rifle, and if so, would you mind taking a photo of the extractor when removed from the bolt? It would be much appreciated, and would make my task of machining a new extractor much easier.

The extractor is similar to a sako or m16 extractor, also to the extractor on coopers. I'll look at it closer when I get a moment

I hod one years ago in .222mag. I won a lot of offhand money with it. Left a guy talk me out of it. Bad mistake. I have seen them at gun shows for prices that floored me. In the 2000.00 range.

I'm not expert on extractors but, I think this is sako style. measurements are length .521 width .107. if you google sako extractors, you will see some very similar. here's a couple of links, discontinued but pictures

As far as a varmint rig what is wrong with a 22/250 ? Pretty rough to beat.
