Does Kreiger make any 13 twist barrels? I have a Kreiger 22BR barrel that I was told 12 twist. I have checked this barrel a dozen times and it is right at a 13 twist. Checking with tight fitting wet patch, marking rod at breech end and mark on rod at handle pointing straight up. Push in till one revolution and mark rod at breech end again, measure marks and getting just a tic under 13 inches.
