I have a 1 month old kowa 66s straight, body (no eyepiece). I bought it straight from kowa approximately a month ago to be able to take a look and compare side by side with my 774.
I can't really see the difference myself other than in size of package, so I am going to stick with my 77 and pass on the 66 to the rokslide crowd.
