I'm not sure i'm seeing what your trying to get me to see.
That being said, i'm not seeing anything obviously wrong.
Plenty of oil on the slide rails, it is a 1911!
 
Looks like your slide is making contact with the frame. Heavier spring, buffer , lighter loads.
 
No, that ding shouldn't be there. What does the back of the buffer tube look like? There shouldn't be anything that could cause that in that area.
Possibly caused by reassembling with the barrel rotated slightly out of line and forcing it into place? Just guessing because I've never seen that particular mark and I've looked at a lot of 1911s.

yes that is completely normal wear the back end of your guide rod Bottoms out at that location the slide cannot make direct contact with that part

Took it back apart,nothing on barrel,rod guide head matches up good against the frame,the guide rod head did show some wear in middle,but nowhere close to what caused the gouge?
