Kifaru hands free gun sling

Anyone have any information or used one of the kirfaru hands free slings andwant to share their opinions, have any ideas on a good sling for an above average weight hunting rifle.

I've been using a Kifaru gun bearer for five years now. Works great ! With a little practice I could probably jump shoot birds with it ! I can use both hands to use my trekking poles and still have my rifle on an elk before it can get fully standing from its bed. It took a day to get used to having the barrel in my vision and the butt will rest on the ground when you sit down. Not a big deal to take the rifle out of the gun bearer before I sit. Even with the long barrel on my rifle I have little trouble going through brush because it is close the my body and the barrel is in the line of sight.

I have owned the, 'Safari hands free' from Cabela's for over (same one) 20 years. You can bring up your rifle very quickly. Very comfortable and never gets in the way when bringing up the binoculars. We had to ride our atvs about 5 miles before we could get to our elk hunting spot. Using the Safari sling was perfect because when sitting on the atv the rifle just barely rested on my lap.

I have been using the Kifaru gun bearer for over 15 years now, all the buddies have them and say it's the best idea I ever had for our hunting trips. :)
