Kestrel problems or shooter problems?

I am shooting a 6CM, impact action, Maners Stock, Vortex Viper scope, Berger factory and hand loads with lapua brass, 4350, and Berger 109’s. Using my Kestrel 5700 link and shooting at 750yds I am showing 4.22 mil up. On the AB app it’s showing 4.49 mil up. On target I am having to come up 7.2. I have double and triple checked all settings and muzzle velocity using my labradar. 3015fps MV. Also double checked my zero. I know you can and probably have to calibrate the DSF, but is it normal to be that far off? I mean I kinda expected maybe 1 mil +\- but, 3mil at 750? What am I doing wrong or missing here?

There is not real way to need 7 mils of come up at 700 yards. 4 or so is about right. Maybe you have a bad erector in your elevation turret? If you had the Kestrel inputs messed up, I could see things possibly being reversed, with the Kestrel telling you 7 when you only needed 4. You have a rifle/scope issue of some kind. Its not the Kestrel or App.

Your bullet is really not stable in those conditions. An 8 twist at that DA may be the cause.

The 1:8” is not right. I was playing with the settings. Trying to make something make since.
