My B.I.L. gave me a mailer that he received from Joe Keller, President of KPG in Emporium, PA. I tried his advertised website but hit a roadblock. Does anyone know anything about Joe and his barrels? I'm originally from Sterling Run, PA, that's just 10 miles from Emporium and that's why I'm interested.
