My B.I.L. gave me a mailer that he received from Joe Keller, President of KPG in Emporium, PA. I tried his advertised website but hit a roadblock. Does anyone know anything about Joe and his barrels? I'm originally from Sterling Run, PA, that's just 10 miles from Emporium and that's why I'm interested.
Are any of the Williamsport shooters using his barrels, and if so, how are they competing with the top brands?
