Kelbly ring mounting problem

I am looking for an easy cure to my problem. I picked up my rifle from the gunsmith today and ran into a snag when mounting my optics. After lifting the bolt handle, I can only slide my bolt back about halfway because my bolt handle makes contact with the eyepiece of my scope. My action is a sleeved 700 with Kelbly double screw rings and a Burris Sig. Select scope. Are there taller Kelbly rings availible?

Sinclair has them 1 inch tube .8835 to 1.0835
30 mm tube 1.1344 to 1.6344

Yes, mine are the 1.0835" height. Are there taller rings available?

just wonders if you have thought about higher bases to add hight to your scope.??

The dovetail base is built into my action sleeve.

Kelbly's makes extra tall rings, give them a call.
