Kelbly Kodiak Picatinny Rail

Anyone know how the Picatinny rail is attached to the Kelbly Kodiak dove tail rail?
Just pressure with screws or is there threaded inserts installed in the dove tail?

Just the upward pressure from the screws bringing the angles together.

My preference is to tap the rail and use button head or low head Allen cap screws and JB Weld between the rail and the dovetail. The couple I've done this way worked out nicely.
