keeping Panda clean

I've got an unpolished kelbly action, and I'm having a hard time keeping it clean. What's everybody use to wipe theirs down with to keeep the rust freckles away?

Pandas are Aluminum.

yes, they are, but the matte finish has some texture, and it oxodizes, especially on the bottom around the trigger hanger. I'm also getting brown flecks on the handle, that don't belong, whatever label I use.

The only way to make a bead blasted panda look like it used to is to bead blast it. I had one way back and everytime i reglued it i scuffed it down with a red scotch brite. Had a nice brushed finish and didnt have to deal with the bead blast woes anymore
