Kauger arm vpr / triggertech diamond

I have a kauger vpr and trigger diamond. The best pull weight i can get is 12oz that's will the screw backed all the way out. How can I fix this??. I think it's in the cocking piece. What do I need to

I would first pull the trigger and put it in another action and check how low it will go…if trigger is good then I would call the guys at kauger and have a talk with them. They are some of the best in the business for customer service. I have 6 of their actions and have not had any issues at all. Not saying it can’t happen but I can guarantee they will make it right if it is the action
