No. It is not an MOA reticle. It's a crosshair, with no subtension.

how long is the box?
If someone is serious about buying it, I'll send them all of the photos they desire. I'm hoping to sell locally (Houston) and they can see it in person. I'll upload the photos you suggest over the next few days. I'm out of town working for the next few days. The reticle is a simple crosshair.
Not being rude, but you would have been better off to advertise in local papers to sell locally, or maybe state in the header of your post " for sale locally in Houston area". I'm sure you're aware of all the ads posted( not yours) that are squirrley, using stock photos , and vague descriptions. Nowadays, trust, but verify. rsbhunter
