JW Fecker Scope Questions

Have some questions about this JW Fecker scope. I tried looking them up and it seems like they vary in price depending on size. I think it's a 7 power because it has a 7 stamped by the eye piece, and it's about 16.5" long. Do you guys know how much it's worth? Or where I should check to find out? If you need any more measurements let me know.
