Cabelas should have some reloading manuals. REALLY need to start with one of them. I think they all have a basic course in the proper handloading of ammo and the danger signs to look for.
I always suggest a new handloader read that section three times before putting powder in a case.
With expierience you may rewrite the book. Until then its your Quardian Angel.

well here is what i was thinkin i was going to get some more books, abc's, sierra, hodgon,&nosler hopefully that will answer most of my Q's if not there is always this site. thanks for the info.

Like others have said, you REALLY should be reading a full loading manual (Hornady, Lyman, Sierra, Speer, etc) BEFORE you try to load. You NEED to fully understand what it takes to load properly before you load ANY cartridges. Safety is paramount! The Sierra manual would be a good start, particularly since you've already purchased Sierra bullets. Read it through until you fully understand it, it's important.

so when i get my new books they should have a better selection of powder and loads, not trying to be or sound cheap but i really need the best book for my money, so along with the ABC's what book is an absolute must have for loading. i planned on spending a little more later on books but that was before i found out i bought useless info, but anyhow which book or books do i need? as always thanks for the info it is very much appreciated i just wish i could talk with someone face to face and get more info, i am sure i am making this harder than what it should be but i have always wanted to reload now i can but now it seems things just got more complicated but i will get it just hang with me.
