Dusty,lots of brass comes short to allow for shorter chambers. id bet your chamber is on the long side of the tolerance which means you need to get creative with fireforming (jammed bullets) you cant take anything for granted on new cases until theyve been fired at least once
DonovanCreating a false shoulder to headspace off, or jamming the bullets will resolve such issues.
But at the same time, dimensional variation in new brass can effect case capacity, hence volume consistency, which is what I consider poor quality control. Myself would cut loose of such a lot and hunt for better.
