Just an atta boy for Rugar

Had a recall on my mark 4 pistol,Rugar sent me box and all the info to return it for recall . Boxed it up ,sent it and I got it back round trip in a week. Wow what service with no cost to me

On occasion I contact Ruger for small stuff like pins & springs and they have always sent me 3-4 real quick. A few years ago they sent me a nice hat, free, when I told them I own a whole armful of Ruger rifles. I am in the process of replacing the aluminum floor plates on my M77 MKII's with steel ones.

I have a mk1,2 and 22-45 mk3. I finally got the mk3 to work right by replacing the magazine disconnect with this bushing. I was ready to scrap it but now its very good. Ruger was no help.

I'm suppose to get a free subscription to a magazine of some sort from Rugar , Well see?

I have personally had good customer service from ruger. I've had to send 2 handguns back to them over the years. Their turn around was much better that Remington.
