Jon Beanland

Jon built this for me about ten years back; a 6.5 x 47 Lapua and it is without a doubt one of the most accurate rifles I've ever put to my shoulder....and there have been many! First afternoon I got it I shot 15 rounds through it on the NRA LR Target from 1000 yards and all 15 rounds packed into a knot inside the 10 ring with a 14 X count! I don't know who would be classified as the best rifle builder in America today but I'd be willing to bet Jon Beanland is right up there with whomever!!

Jon has built four rifles for me. I actually drove to his place of business and met him and it took off from there years ago. One of the rifles is 6.5x47 that I still have today, it’s a hunting rifle and it’s filled its share of tags. Myself, my wife and our seven kids have used it over the years. Very accurate and built right. In a moment of weakness I sold a 6x47 he built for me, the buyer absolutely raved about that rifle and has stayed in contact over the years, it has served him well.

Jon is certainly one of the best, attention to detail, knowledge, people skills! Nice guy to boot!

He has relocated a little ways, but still in Oklahoma and very easy to work with.

He has built me 3. One hunter 6.5x47 L and two 600-1000 yd rifles. One in 6.5x47 L and a Swede.

They all shot as good as anything I have.

I have had several Beanland builds. I am confident there is not a better rifle builder out there.
