Get in touch with member: DJSBRS, he get's the blanks direct and offers them for sale here often. I bought one last year, a maple/walnut lamination, and it finished up very nicely.
Mine was for a new Savage BR action and the maker I sent it to for inletting and finishing had to do a little "work around" in the trigger guard area as the blank was apparently not thick enough on the bottom after the action was inletted to also inlet the trigger guard flush with the bottom. If you are buying for some other action, likely not an issue to worry about.
