Job openings?

Just curious if there is a job opening forum here. I am an upcoming graduate of Pine Technical College in Pine City MN, with a diploma in Advanced Gunsmithing, and a certificate in Gun Repair. I am looking for openings in MN, SD, or ND. Resume and references on request. Any help or leads would be appreciated, Thanks

ND would be a good place if they truly found oil there. If you did not know, there may be a big oil deposit there. Lots of new jobs, which means lots of customers.

Ever spent a Winter in western ND, western SD, or anywhere in MN?

UGH! It is....welllll...Minot is the coldest place on earth.

Brownells just listed with the NSSF an opening for a Gunsmith/ Technical Writer position.

Come on acloco,western SD is tropical. At least it seems that way from the winters I remember here as a kid.

Go to www.bench-talk.com and look around for SGR Custom Rifles. Stan Ware is "the man" there. The shop is in Westbrook, MN and that is the more tropical region of Minnesota. Stan may be able to "aim" you in the right direction.

I already know of the Brownells positions available, but Iowa is as bad as here in MN, and I can't use a rifle to deer hunt. Thanks for the input, any would appreciate anyone looking to put posts here on 6mmBR

I live in Bismarck, ND and we don't have a good gunsmith around here at all. The closest one that is any good is over in Dickinson a little over an hour away.

The winters in Bismarck are not very brutal at all. We had maybe 6 inches of snow all season, it kept melting.

The only 1000yd range in ND is only 30 miles away.
There's a lot of critters here too.

They definitely found a huge oil reserve in Northwest ND, I guess it's the largest in the lower 48.

Have no fear, one of my fellow students is retired airforce and originally from Bismark. I know he's planning on moving back out there when he finishes and opens own shop. Look for him in the next year and a half
