I have a Jewell HVR that I would be willing to part with but only want to deal in trades for the most part.
The trigger has a safety and had a bottom bolt release, however I had to do some tinkering with that to fit it to my action and now the bottom bolt release is non function. Otherwise, it is in perfect condition and works great. I was using it for a backup to my triggertech.

I am looking for 7mm 195 grain EOL bullets.
