Their 'Match' trigger is 4-24 oz. and comes with a safety. You might want to check with them and see if they can do a bolt release lever.Unless I missed it I wished they offered one in the 4oz - 2lb range with a bolt release id be inclined to try one

I have read 440C is usedI have been studying the internals of the Jewel Trigger, and this is an amazingly simple design, with some very simple parts…….that is, if you happen to own a wire EDM machine, (CNC controlled), a small surface grinder, and some type of small mill to manufacture the side plates.
I think a 3-Axis CNC Wire machine would be adeguste, as all of the pieces are flat.
I am not sure what grade of matensitic stainless Jewel used, possibly one of the 440 alloys. That could be easily ascertained. The RC hardness is pretty high, that could easily be checked. It appears that Jewel started with hardened stainless from the start, relying on the EDM and surface grinder to cut and finish the parts to the desired tolerances.
All of the parts could be scanned, and then duplicated on a program.
The catch is the cost of the equipment. If my business had a wireCNC EDM, I could do this. But alas, we never had a use for one, and at this stage in life, I doubt I could get my two brothers to agree with myself to acquire one.
That, and the minute our liability insurance carrier found out I was going to manufacture a fire arms related item, they would probably have a fit.

They make two versions of the ultra match. I posted the one for 700Clone actions that do not use the remington bolt release.Well I heard back from Jard on the Match trigger they said it comes with a bolt release and I emailed back and said it doesn't show one or say it does on your description on your website just the ultra match and I was just verifying, that was few days ago and crickets so I'm not sure.
I know I'm interested in the match, the ultra is tad to light for hunting needsThey make two versions of the ultra match. I posted the one for 700Clone actions that do not use the remington bolt release.
