They are to both but maybe not for certain cartridges at this time.

An alternate source for hard-to-find brass is Quality Cartridge Co.:

Never used their products myself; found 'em when Jamison stopped making their 25 REM product & I was worried about finding better parent cases for 6HAGAR.

Have been in contact with Quality and they returned my call the same day. Plan to try some of their brass in the future.
