It shoots ok??

...and there's a good chance the fp hole needs bushed. That is the typical cause of blanking primers and, if he had several primers to blank over time, the edge of the fp hole will erode, making it worse. I've seen the fp tip to erode on a few as well, again, making blanking of primers more of an issue than a smooth fp tip.

This is why you should not continue shooting a rifle that blanks primers until you get to the root cause and fix it.
 
If that's the firing pin hole they are sitting next to, They are quite a bit smaller than that, Which should be less than 0.080 firing pin hole. They were thicker when they blanked out, But then got hammered flat somewhat.
