Is it legal to ship loaded ammo?????

Loaded ammunition can be shipped via UPS Ground. You need to stick on an ORM D label and identify the contents as small arms cartridges. No HAZMAT fees apply, and no International shipping.
USPS can be used for emty cases, loose bullets, or inert cartridges only. International must go through Customs.
If you live in a big city be prepared to argue with clerks at both the UPS and USPS, but those are the rules.
