Is Greenlaw Machining still in business??

I know that this is the Christmas season and perhaps Mr. Greenlaw is taking some time to be with his family; but, I am interested in purchasing a rest top and have a few questions.

I sent him an email - No response!

I telephoned him - No response!

I really want his top but need to get a few questions answered. Is he in business????

Help,

Steve Nicholas

I guess Dan was on a Christmas vacation. He answered my post and told me that he had one more adjustable top. I sent him a check.

I want to thank everyone who responded to this email....

I don't know whether he's still doing them of not but I have an adjustable top for a Sinclair (1"-14 post) rest & would be happy to answer any generic questions about it.
Funny, I was just on his site last night looking for a standard windage top but evidently he's not doing them anymore.
I had a complete Greenlaw base/top at one time.
Hopefully Dan will get back to you.

AFAIK, he is still making them Steve. If a general question, maybe I can help as I have one of his adjustable windage tops on a Caldwell base.

Hopefully he's still in business. Looks like he's been scaling back since the last time I was on the site. I'm going to put in a call too. Have a windage top but have wanted an adjustable top for a long time.

I’ve been using one of Dan’s windage tops for awhile, it seems to work well although I have nothing to judge it against. I’m happy to hear good reports from other guys.

Dan is still in business, but it seems that he is really lax in getting back to people. I bought a non windage top from a member on this sight that I shoot against. It had a Greenlaw top, but it was a non windage top. I left multiple messages on his machine to no avail. Finally I got ahold of another friend who lives a couple of miles away from his house and gave it to him to give to Dan.

Have tried several times over the past several months and probably longer. No avail. Assumed out of business, and if not, may as well be, at least regarding me. And I had the patience for a Scott Parker scale. Nuff said
