Is 26" Enough?

Would a 26" length of barrel be enough for a .243 AI, 110 SMK and ~44 grains of RL-22? Is there a program that will tell me what % of the powder will be burnt at different lengths? 4400' of elevation too.

Here is the result for 26", the 28" only jumped to 97.9% burnt. I just picked the closest bullet available.

I personally don't pay any attention to quick load I let my barrel tell me what it wants.here is 31.0 gr of H4895 in my 6mmbr blitzen.my barrel is 26 inches.
