Iron Sights

I want to upgrade the sights on my Contender and put some on my XP-100.
Where can I go to get something nice. I've googled Shillouette sights and I don't see much.
I would like to look at globe front sights for both guns. I liked the one on my old buckmark taget, the front post was adjustable booth up and down and in thickness.
I'd also like to find a wood stock for my XP.

Any help would be appreciated.
