iPhone app to measure target groups

Seems like I've seen mention of an iOS app that will take a photo of a target and measure the group size. Surely such an app wouldn't be accurate enough for official measurements but certainly would work for general use. Does such an app actually exist on the Apple store?

I use range buddy submoa on my iPhone

I use a program called TargetTalk. It works well but the target selection might not have what you need.
It runs on IPhone or IPad and communicates between the two.
