IOR Valdada recent info

Anybody have recent experience with Valdada scopes, especially the tactical line... specifically the Valdada 4.5-28x50mm Rifle Scope, 34 Tube, First Focal Plane

Need a good piece of glass and want to try something I have not tried in the past. Not using for PRS, hunting stand rifle.

Hi, I bought a IOR invictus last year, since the focus at long range was difficult, I sent it back to the seller and he sent it back to IOR in July, it is still there waiting to be repaired. My suggestion is: invest your money on a brand that has a better customer care service

Not the scope you are looking at, but I have a IOR 4-14x50. Glass is on par with Zeiss V6, March, ATACR and Leica I own. Box tested perfect. It been completely reliable on a 6.5x284 I've dragged around to many states.

Evidently the QC and CS are subpar, these forums are not kind to them. Maybe I got lucky but I have no complaints at all.

I bought an IOR 6-24x50 many years ago after hearing the rave reviews of the glass. I thought it was a joke or something when I first looked through it. I called the dealer and said something is wrong the glass is horrible. He was nice and had me send it back, then it went to IOR and they returned it saying it is within the allowable range and returned it to me as is. I sold it ASAP. Since then I have been using NightForce on tactical rifles and March on F class rifles and all of them have been amazing.

I have 3 NF and a March plus other high end glass. Wanted to try something new. Have shot the gun one outing with the IOR in very gloomy conditions and it looks to be nice glass. Turrets are probably the best feel of anything I have. No idea how it tracks yet and the reticle is not something I would use for competition, its fine for this hunting build. None of their reticles excite me... again just wanted to try something I didnt have.

One note is with a 20 MOA rail I am already a rev up which may be fine, just a curiosity thing I guess I never paid much attention to. Seems high but again I guess I have never paid close enough attention.

I have back to back matches in 2 weeks and plan to throw it in to compare to my March and NF as well as other Zcomps and whatever other top glass the guys have there. Will report back.

Make sure to run a tall target test, their older stuff was notorious for faulty tracking.
