Interesting Seating Depth Test

Had an interesting seating depth test Friday morning with the 300 WSM at 502 yards using the 215 gr Berger Hybrid and 64.8 gr RL 23 and a CCI BR2 primer Using James Phillips Reamer and Winchester annealed brass. According to my calculations a 0.010” jump (3.249 using bullet comp) shot 0.05 MOA. Rifle Spec’s: Kelbly Atlas Tactical Single Shot action, Bartlein 1:10 5R fluted (28”) Heavy Varmint Contour, Revolution style BR stock (3” flat forend), Trigger Tech trigger (1 lb +/-), Valdada Recon G2 4.5-30x56 scope.

I wonder how that looks if you shoot it again?

Me too. Hoping it wasn’t a fluke. Doubt I will ever shoot an .05 again but it should show preference if it was an accurate representation.

I barely get any of mine to do that at 100 let alone 502!
