Installing a Jewel trigger on a GA Precision Crusader

A friend took the old Remington trigger of the rifle EASY.
Now how hard is it to put a new Jewel trigger on. Is it
just a matter of putting the 2 pins back in? Will it fit
in the crusader McMillan A5 stock ok? Any suggestions?

Yep, the two pins serve the same purpose.

Should fit if the remmy trigger fit without interference. If minor interference, get out the dremel or file and make some clearance. It'll be minor considering the remmy fit initially.

Piece "O" Cake....

Verify that there is clearance between trigger guard & trigger housing/bolt release lever & stock inlet at the bottom fwd corners of the trigger housing.

HI Dan,,,just like evrybody says ,,,"its EZ",,,usually the Jewell has a little larger trigger housing and 'may' require a lil' xtra clearance,,,it all depends on how generous the inlet was when the stock was made,,,,make shur there is clearance all the way around ...watch that the trigger shoe is not rubbing on the trigger guard,,,,it may need to hav a lil' shaved off the bottom edge!!,,,hope this helps,,,,Roger
