inleting a McMillan

Can anyone recommend a gunsmith to inlet a McMillan stock for a Savage or a Remington action and bottom metal?
What can I expect to pay?
Thanks Joe

I've got nothing but good to say about Tom Merideth at TM Stockworks.

Have you checked on sending it back to McMillan to have it done?
The most cost effective move is to have them do it when you order the stock in the first place.

I used Tom Merideth to "fix" a BR gun I bought that needed the stock refinished and the action to be re-bedded. Last group after his magic with it was under 2" at 600 yards.

He does excellent work and I highly recommend him and will use him again when the need arises.

He also is one very nice man.

His website is:
