Ingenuity Precision Trickler and VV N133 Powder?

I recently bought an IP trickler to pair up with my AT V4. Using the trickler with Varget, RL-15 and 15.5 has been outstanding, however N-133 has been a PIA. Using the called for 705 disc and leaving the wiper "loose" is resulting in powder jams every 3rd or 4th drop. Clearing the jam is a show stopper!
Has anybody discovered a cure for this issue?

I had some problems with some larger kerneled stuff early on and I just took the ball bearing clear out. No more jams and I couldn't really see any difference in performance. I'm guessing 133 isn't large kernels but worth a try.

I dont have any issues with my V3 thrower/IP Trickler / IP Electronics setup with N133.

I don't remember off hand which disc I use but for some reason recall Paul telling me to use the ball powder disc for the small kernels.

Ill let you know when I check...

I am in the middle of this as well. Talked with Paul and he told me to try wiping the plate really good with alcohol and leaving the wiper off entirely. That helped but didn't entire solve the problem. The next thing he recommended me trying was to try the 7545 plate but slowing down the scale with the lever in the back. I am going to be trying that tomorrow night to see if that suggestion helps.

Glad to hear you all are working out the bugs, in terms of the plate selection. Regarding N133, looks like the current disk compatibility list suggest the 705 plate, loose. Thus far I have not jumped in, on a ingenuity offering yet, so no actual experience from me.

Personally I am asking myself if other systems may do as well or better in some regards with the finer propellants. Some of the propellants that I am hoping to see & not seeing addressed include H4198, IMR 4198, CFE BLK, Accurate 2200 & 1680 & the list goes on.

I am using the 7545 plate with H4198 with no problems. As stated above you may have to slow down the scale a bit.

Well I tried the 7545 plate and slowed it down to about half way, worked great! Had a couple jam up but I loosened the wiper a bit and got 80 rounds done with no issues.
