Ingenuity Precision powder meter - disk availability?

After months of other projects interfering, I finally got my new Ingenuity Precision powder meter up and running. Setup was super easy, and the unit worked perfectly on H4350 out-of-the-box with no adjustments necessary. It is a nice improvement over the Autotrickler, which is saying alot because the Autotrickler works pretty well. Utilizing a notched disk to capture and move single kernels of powder is pure genius, and I love watching it work.

The IG website shows all the additional disks as "out of stock." The email function on the website is not working for me, and I don't see a company telephone number. Anyone know when the additional disks will become available?

I was just in contact with them 2 days ago, just used the email on their website. What’s the reason for more disks

The disks are tuned/designed/dimensioned for their particular powders and I can tell you it definitely makes a difference especially with difficult powders to have his proper disk. Sure you can probably make one disk work for just about everything but it's so much smoother and faster when you have the correct disks in.

The set of disks that come with the unit cover a pretty wide range. But more specific or difficult powders may require a different disk. He tries to cover common stuff with the sent units. I'm not sure if you can ask for the unit to be sent with specific disks or not.

Okay thank you. What’s classified as a difficult powder for this unit? I know the standard auto trickler struggles with longer stick powders like n570. Is it the same with this unut

I have special disks designed just for the N570 and several other big sticks. Will drop to a single kernel everytime with them
