Info needed on a Wilson neck bushing

I don't have my pin gauges with me but if memory serves me correct if you turn the bushing to where the size is down does it size the cases .0005 tighter? For instance a .263 bushing with .263 up sizes at .263 but if you turn it over then it'll be .2625 is this right?

If that's the case, then it appears to be shaped more like a cone vice a straight cylinder with one beveled end.

Yes from past experience they have a slight taper to them I've found from .0004-.0006 so if you need a slight bit more neck tension just flip the Wilson over.
