Inconsistant groups advise

Looking at the barrel pictures again, it was noted that it’s fluted. Assuming that they were added after rifling, I’m wondering if the secondary machining has adversely effected the barrel’s internal dimensions (straightness/diameter)? Returning it to the barrel manufacturer may indeed be revealing...
 
This is a factory barrel. That may be as good as it gets with the particular load you are using. Or at all.
This is an aftermarket Mcgowen precision barrel, i sent in the original model 70 and they built the barrel, chambered fluted and installed it for me.
