Inch Pounds For DoveTail ?

That about says it. Kelby rail and Kelby rings....I have only used slotted scope rails with rings for them and these are not. The gun is a 300WSM and I would like to know the proper torque to attach the rings to the rail.....Thank You.

35 inch lbs to attach ring to rail
10-15 in lbs for rings caps / tops when mounting the scope
