Can I wrap up like a 7/8ths with paper and hog out a 1'" channel or will the sides sand faster than the bottom or vis-a-versa?I use deep well sockets. Wrapped in sand paper. 1/2" - 9/16" for working the sides.
5/8" -3/4" for bottom of Chanel
I also mask the fore end to protect it from accidental misshap of rolling over the edge.
Right, that's why I use various sizes of sockets. Fatter sockets will widen the top edge to much, tape also works as a guide so as you dont remove to much. Can I wrap up like a 7/8ths with paper and hog out a 1'" channel or will the sides sand faster than the bottom or vis-a-versa?
Okay ,here it comesHey Marine! PM me your address and I’ll send you what you need. I have the sticky back sandpaper coming out my wahzoo!I’ll make you a little “tool” I use, too. I have hunks of wood dowel I put a handle on. Just tell me how big your channel is now and how big you want it to end up. I have different sized dowels.

80 through 320.
Paint store in Medford, Industrial Finishes
will sell job packs and single sheets also.
I dont use 400 as 320 machine is equivalent to 500 by hand, 600 is a waste of time and money. I use 800 to remove paint imperfections" if I have any" as my gun finish is the "shiz nit"?????Where’s the 400,500,600,800,1000 and 1200????![]()
